A brand campaign and recruitment campaign to attract more parents to enrol and teachers to join.


Background

Sparkletots is the convenient, affordable, but 'default' preschool and is less associated with the quality of education on offer. However, its STEMIE education is one of their unique strengths. Sparkletots exposure to the community is also unparalleled being the largest preschool in Singapore.

FUTURE-READY RHYMES

Our kids learn nursery rhymes but reimagined with the community. It takes a village to raise a child. Sparkletots is the only preschool that is plugged into the community giving Sparkletots its unique position to be enriched and inspired by the community and its people.

RECRUITMENT CAMPAIGN

Insight:

Social and mainstream media have

portrayed early childhood educators as a tough and under-appreciated vocation.

 

How do we then persuade job seekers and mid-career switchers to consider a career in teaching?

By not pulling wool over people’s eyes but soft-selling the traits in an emotional way that portrays teaching 

as a profession that makes a huge impact on society.
